Late Spring Birds
Hello Birdwatchers on this evening I and my wife were at Blendon Woods Metro Park in Westerville ,Ohio
We were there for about 2 hours it was a very nice evening out the winds were lite with lot's of sun shine temp 77 - 79.
There were some new birds there at the water this evening one was a summer tanger female and then there was a new bird that we had never seen at the water we could not ID this bird but it came with the Tanager there were other birds there, Chickdees, Titmice, Northern Cardnial,Indigo Bunting , Cowbirds, Downey Woodpeckers, Red- belly Woodpeckers, Morning Doves, Gold Finchs, House Sparrows , Song Sparrrows, Wild Turkeys.
This was a nice evening at the Nature Center great evening for birdwatching.

Female Scarlet Tanager
What a great find this evening for birdwatching we had seen a male Scarlet Tanager June 4, 2012 at the same park but we were hoping that he would come this evening but the female Summer Tanager came what a great find at the nature center window.
First time seeing her here at the water .

Male Indigo Bunting and Female Summer Tanager this was something that not to many birdwatcher has seen both of them at the water in one picture.
