Hello Bird Watchers
In August 2013 my wife, mother and best friend of twenty seven years was diagnoses with AML Acute Myeloid Leukemia this rapidly developing blood disease took my wife life Oct 1, 2013.
Our birding site is dedicate to my wife and best friend Michelle M. Smith she loved bird watching her favorite bird is the Blue Heron we enjoyed all the natural beauty in the trees, flowers ,animals, butterflies she will be greatly missed by all whom knew her she will stay with us forever.
Her love for nature will live on in I and our son Rest In Peace.

At some of our metro parks we have nature centers were you can get information on the parks and there activities, you can talk to a naturalists or walk one or more of the trails that inhabit our metro parks many people come to the NC to look out there observation windows.
